About Precision Implant Center
Precision Implant Center was created to provide focused, advanced care for patients who need dental implants and complex restorative treatment. Located in Rancho Peñasquitos, San Diego, the practice brings together surgical expertise and restorative dentistry to solve problems that often require more than a single discipline.
Our goal is simple: deliver carefully planned implant treatment in a clinical environment that prioritizes precision, comfort, and long-term outcomes.

An Implant Center Built for Complex Cases
Replacing missing or failing teeth is rarely a one-step process. Successful implant treatment requires a combination of surgical planning, restorative design, and modern diagnostic technology.
Precision Implant Center was designed to bring those elements together in one place. Rather than treating implants as just another dental service, the practice is structured around implant-based reconstruction and surgical care.
This focused approach allows the team to plan each case carefully and deliver solutions that restore both function and aesthetics.
Patients often visit the implant center when they need solutions such as
Meet the Doctors
The care at Precision Implant Center is built around the collaboration between surgical and restorative specialists. Each doctor brings a distinct area of expertise to the treatment process.

Dr. Jennifer Pierce focuses on the restorative side of implant dentistry, designing implant crowns, bridges, and full arch restorations that restore both aesthetics and function.
A third-generation dentist, she earned her DDS from UCLA School of Dentistry and has advanced training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Pierce is known for her thoughtful approach to patient care and her commitment to delivering results that look natural and feel comfortable.

Dr. Brandon Pierce brings a strong background in operative and restorative dentistry to the practice. After earning his dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry, he received the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award for Excellence.
His work focuses on restoring the strength, function, and longevity of implant-supported restorations while ensuring that each case integrates naturally with the patient’s bite.

Dr. Jordan Christensen leads the surgical component of treatment at Precision Implant Center. As a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, he brings advanced surgical training in implant placement, bone reconstruction, and complex oral procedures.
He completed his oral surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident and trained at Level 1 trauma centers, gaining extensive experience in complex surgical care.
Where Surgery and Smile Design Meet
Dental implant treatment involves two very different disciplines.
At Precision Implant Center, these perspectives come together during the planning process rather than being handled separately. Surgical decisions are made with the final restoration in mind, and restorative design begins with a clear understanding of the underlying anatomy.
This coordinated approach helps ensure that every phase of treatment contributes to a stable and predictable result.
1. Surgical Foundation
One focuses on the surgical foundation—placing implants safely and positioning them correctly within the jawbone.
2. Final Restoration
The other focuses on the final restoration—designing teeth that function comfortably and look natural.

A Technology-Forward Approach to Implant Dentistry
Precision implant treatment begins with detailed diagnostics. The practice uses advanced imaging and digital scanning to evaluate anatomy and guide treatment planning. Technology used at Precision Implant Center includes:
CBCT 3D imaging
For detailed views of the jawbone and anatomical structures
Shining 3D Elite Intraoral Scanning
For precise digital impressions
Digital Planning Tools
Used to map implant placement and restoration design
These tools allow complex treatments to be carefully planned before procedures begin.

This relationship allows patients to receive specialized implant care while maintaining continuity with a trusted general dental practice for routine dental care.
